Reasonably priced UW camera with underwater mode + manual white balance setting ?

Could anyone suggest a reasonably priced UW camera model with its housing that has an underwater mode with white balance manual setting ?

If you look in the classified section, there are two guys selling Oly SP-350's in various states of underwater set-up and for various prices that do all that and will shoot auto or manual settings and take beautiful pictures. They're a little slow compared to the current crop, but otherwise you'd have everything you need. I shot one for five years before getting my current DSLR monster set-up and in many cases, I took better pictures with it.
