I'm a little late with this, but here goes anyway.
I had a problem with my Ikelite housing. I wrote to Ikelite, they said to send them the housing. So I did.
A week later, I got an email from them. They had fixed my problem, and found some cracks in the back of the housing. So they were replacing the back, no questions asked.
Two weeks after reporting the problem, I had my housing back, performing flawlessly.
The cost to me: bupkus, nada, zip, zilch. Not a sous. For fixing my problem and one I didn't know I had, they took nothing.
I can't imagine a better customer service experience.
Ikelite gets my business for whatever I can. Thank you, Ikelite! Actually, thank you to all the people that make up Ikelite!

I have been using Ikelite products for over 30 years and I have to say I am still impressed with their service. I probably have had 8 of their housing, probably 10-12 of their strobes and so many assorted products of theirs.I always buy Ikelite if they make the product I am looking for.

I had an older housing for my 400D which I flooded. Ikelite replaced the housing with the 4 lock system plus a new back and new electronics.
All up cost was a very reasonable. Kudos to Ikelite for their service.
