Hello,
I just got my first spear gun (new) on ebay. It is supposed to be 45" long...when I measure to the tip of the spear head attached it is 44" while measuring from the very butt of the gun. Is this correct? without the spear it is only 35"ish.
Thanks for the help.(google only seemed to bring up measuring band length).
The gun is supposed to be a 45" JBL "Woody" btw.

From what I read, the Woody only comes in 44", so I gather you measure from the end of the spear to the butt of the gun, the seller on ebay mislead me to think it was 45", or so I think.
