I ha my oceanic reg with a Seemann pressure gauge serviced beginning of May. Preparing for the ninth dive after that end of May, there was a free flow out of the pressure gauge, The dive guide sai, it was the O-ring. We did not try exchange the O-ring, only turned it to fix it. That stopped the free-flow almost completely, thus I could use the gear for two more dives.
What is the problem? Really the O-ring?
