I had an Atom 1.0 that had stopped working. I really liked it but it was way out of warranty and I could not afford to replace it. I called Oceanic and they said to send it in.
I just got a new Atom 2.0 as a replacement for the standard flat rate service fee and they turned it around fast. I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Way to go Oceanic! Thanks!
