Does anyone have details on modifying the DeepSea Supply computer (not compass) bungee mount to accommodate the Oceanic Veo 3?

I hear it involves carving out some of the casing, but I'm unsure as to where that excess is, and I don't want to screw up a perfectly good mount.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
