From my first call to getting my Data Mask returned Oceanic showed pure customer service that other manufacturers should be jealous of. I sent in my Data mask for service because the pressure plug was missing and the battery compartment got fouled. I was panicking because I needed my mask returned tdue to a trip I had planned. Living on the east coast typically adds 5 days each way to the shipping process. From the time my mask left my house to getting it returned in "NEW" condition was 9 days!!! Thank you Oceanic!!!!!!
