..... I know from experience that the P7000 is not the quickest to focus on land and, since I shoot RAW, there is noticeable delay to snap the next photo (the burst mode will snap quick ones but then you have to wait the equivalent time as if having shot them separately)

So I wonder if it's worth the bother to try for high quality photos (at least with this combo) over the GoPro screen captures. Which I love the wide angle of btw, so that would mean a temptation to get the adapter lens too lol.


The only other time I shot stills underwater was with an SD870 compact camera. There was obvious focus hunting, probably a 25% keeper rate and since the P7000 is really just a glorified compact with manual controls .....
