The United States recently selected its 8 member team to go the 2012 world championships in Nice, France this September. I was selected to be the Team Captain and we are all excited to go represent the US on the world stage. We will be competing against countries all over the world in three disciplines.
Static apnea - how long you can hold your breath
Constant Weight - how deep you can swim down and up using fins
Dynamic Apnea - how far you swim underwater in the pool.
