Nice to see an eel taking a live lionfish. I have heard plenty of eels taking dead ones, and even raiding divers catch bags. Would be nice if eels can finally start hunting them on thier own.

This is why it is illegal in Florida to try and feed lionfish to the other fish--because then the other fish start associating divers and their catch bags with food. But yes, you are allowed to kill lionfish and leave them for the other wildlife to discover on their own.
