I had a professional JOUST tournament competator come in my store today. He wanted a practice harness that would carry 50# of lead to simulate the mass of the chain mail armour worn during the actual jousting events. The chain mail gets so hot in the sun it can't be worn for practice in Florida. The Express Tech harness and backplate suited his needs and he was pretty excited about the configuration. But if he falls off the horse and lands in water he's pretty much a gonner.
You may soon get to watch yet another reality program, this time by National Geographic.
