My technical dive gear?

Hi

i am about to purchase my tech gear from dirdirect. what do you think of this website?

i am going to purchase 2 x apeks ds4 and xtx50 regs for backgas (xtx40 for backup) and apeks dst xtx50 nitrox reg for deco, what do you think of this (dir in mind)? also i will buy 2 x agrib spg.

any opions or info GREATLY appreciated.

will this gear last me theoretically for ever? will it suit trimix dives in the future?

ANY info will be great and also opinions.

I would first speak with the tech instructor you're going to train with. They can give you very helpful suggestions as to what works & how to properly set it up, so that you can be streamlined & trimmed out.

Apeks is made in the UK, wouldn't it be less expensive get it direct from them ????

I used to use an ATX 40, converted it to a 50. Prefer having the adjustment knob.
No idea if that's DIR or not.
