I really have no idea what's available in your part of the world. These days all the major tech agencies have cave courses and the standards for cave training are pretty uniform.
Where are you planning to go for training? Are there caves where you are?
The NACD, NSS-CDS and IANTD all have their instructors and contact info posted online.

Regarding the instructor pick, of course. I have a list of few instructors , is it appropriate to recomend instructors on the board?
The plan is to go to Mexico i know that the best sites are around there and also the best insructors.
I think you can find instructors from all the major cave training agencies in Mexico.
I haven't been to Mexico yet. All out cave diving has been in Florida and Missouri with a very little in Kentucky.

Tyrell I teach up to the Intro to cave level but I have no problem refferring you a very qualified cave instructor : Larry Green www.tecdiver.com. Now he is in Florida and he teaches NSS, NACD, TDI, IANTDtyrell:
