EXD 27lbs wing with or without STA?

I have an OMS SS BP with a simple DR harness and I am considering to get an EXD 27lbs wing.
Will I need an STA? I was diving Mach V without an STA but I am not sure if it would be different the EXD wing.

These wings are not widely sold in the U.S., I have only seen them on eBay and from Piranha Dive Manf. I tried to find it on their site but it is no longer sold. The product description is not clear if it needs and STA or not. Here are some links:

Your welcome. You were sniped, I recommend using Gixen so you can bid in the last 3 seconds also.
