OceanLog 2.x does NOT work with ATOM 3.1

I did an uploading from GEO 2.0 to Atom 3.1 (I change my PDC :cool2 but after it`s 3 first dives I try to log into OceanLog and it was not possible.

Oceanlog 2.x does not work with Atom 3.1, on Setting Option when I try to read the setting from PDC it answer me "Invalid product" and return to OceanLog screen


I have OceanLog version 2.3.3 - Built 06.15.11


I try to install from your web site but a message popup "Error reading setup initialization file" appear


The same it`s happend when use a download update procedure "Error reading setup initialization file"


Please, what must I do to deal with this problem?

Have you tried it after temporarily shutting down your firewall/anti virus program? I think I had a similar problem that went away when I shut off Norton for 15 minutes while downloading/installing the software.
