Ok... This is a strange question. I've been looking at the EX lite to use for general diving, but I am also looking at starting dry suit diving. The question is, is the 38lb lift enough for dry diving? I plan to use a belt in addition to the integrated weights. I just am curious about the lift.

dry diving should almost require LESS lift. Yes, the Ex Lite with 38lbs should be MORE than enough for diving singles. 38lbs is enough lift for 3 alu's.
