From the little info I can find on it, it looks like it is its own company but not 100% sure. I would look at the Hollis stuff.
 
I have an alpha wing as well as other UTD gear and find it first rate. Most of the gear is made locally (in the USA), pretty sure it's not a HOG as they are completely different designs. An excellent wing and great service from UTD. (I see shftrdog sells Hollis stuff).
