Azore Islands

Anyone out there ever been to the Azores? I was stationed out there back in the early 80's and is where my wife and I were first certified. Cold water and great diving, jump off the shore and be in 80ft of water or take a boat out to split rock and see hundered of giant rays so thick its like a cloud passing over you above.

Was there when JC (no the one from Portugal) made his maiden trip on the turbo calypso and stopped by on his way to America.

Just wanting to reach out to see if anyone else has been there...
