ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, THE THIRD (3rd) WEEKEND IN APRIL (THINK OF THE RULE OF 3RDS) SPRING = APRIL 19TH - 21ST; FALL = OCT. 18TH - 20TH. ALWAYS THE THIRD WEEKEND IN EACH MONTH. IT WOULD TAKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO CHANGE THIS RULE.... at least action by the founders.
