We do not offer an adapter for the Sea&Sea tray. You could use either our single or dual tray and handle assemblies (#9523.61 or #9523.62) along with the appropriate diameter mounting point to attach your strobes. The tray and handle assemblies can be seen here:

The mounting points we offer are for flex arm systems or for 1" ball arm systems. These will drop down into the handle of the assemblies mentioned above.
1" ball = #9571.3
Flex arm = #9573.3
Both of these can be seen as letter "B" at the bottom of this page:
