Cozumel or Grenada, help me decide

My wife and I are going to buy a pre-packaged all inclusive trip for the first week in Feb. and i need some input to decide.
There is only one resort in Grenada that is within our budget and lots in Cozumel to choose from. We've been to Cozumel once and loved it!!. My wife does not dive.
I have to consider weather, (we like it hot), and quality of diving. Any advise would be appreciated.

Grenada has some nice diving and is definately warmer. We do have some affordable packages available from Canada for you to consider. If you have already been to Cozumel and liked it, how about trying Riviera Maya and doing some Cenote diving added in. There are more activities for your non diving partner in Mexico than Grenada.
