400 egg bearing females??? A quick search says a 1 lb female carries approx 8,000 eggs, so a little math and that's 3,200,000 potential little lobsters or food for bigger fish. $190,000 not enough. And I wonder why we have limits, seasons and no more 5-7 pounders out there...
