Does anyone know an authorized Citizen in New York (NY) who can perform maintenance on my Aqualand # 1 ?

Send the watch to the Citizen USA Service Center in California, if it's under warrantly that will take care of it for free and pay for return shipping. If it's not under warranty they will do an estimate and get your approvial before making a repair. I had to send in my Promaster 2X for warranty service, turn arround time was fast.

I sent mine directly to Citizen for replacement of battery. They pressure test it and at least you know it will function and have a warranty when you get it back.
