On March 27, 2013 at 6 PM we will host a workshop at Cave Country Dive Shop on cave geology. Topics to be discussed will be Florida geology, karst formation, and cave formation in our area.

Jerry Murphy who teaches geology at Santa Fe Community College will be the speaker. Jerry is a long time cave diver who lives right here in High Springs and knows cave geology from an academic background as well as from a few thousand cave dives.

We expect this workshop to last anywhere from 45 - 60 minutes. Cave Country Dive Shop will be providing a few pizzas at 6 PM.

We have room for about 15 attendees, so please let Marissa or I know if you are coming.
