Hi,
I'm having some trouble understanding how good is the snorkeling in some locations in Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines. I have about a month, this May, to enjoy great snorkeling, but I'm in a low budget so it can´t be to expensive or too hard to get to. How would you rank Bunaken (Sulawesi), West Flores (seraya and kenawa) and Komodo, Perhentians and Tioman (malaysia), Palawan and Apo (Philippines)?
Thanks a lot!

I would rank Palawan over Tioman. The water is less salty, the corals are more colourful, and when I went scuba diving there in December last year, visibility was thirty metres.
