Small group had a good dive at Sherkston yesterday. Always good to get a few dives in there early in the year. Some photos below.

I did my OW here in the Spring of 1965 with the Underwater Club of Canada (Toronto). I was 12 and it was the first time I had a wet suit on (custom made by Lorraine Suits, Hamilton at a cost of $65 complete with Hood, Boots and Mitts). I grew out of it the following December...

Thanks for the memory!

At least 30 feet and 43 degrees. The photos will give you an idea of the viz.

DCBC, Yes, after getting certified in 1970 with the Aqua Knights of Hamilton, this became a yearly visited dive site. Especially, after moving to Niagara area. I was always kind of interested in the history and the original quarry equipment. Glad you enjoyed!
I remember Lorraine Sports, but I got my first ' custom' suit from Bob Jackson .
