XRay covers diving all over the World.

Some of the main highlights in this issue include;

X-Ray #54

• Ojamo Mine

• Cocos Island
Matthew Meier gives us glimpse into the awsome diving on Costa Rica's wild isle where big animal interactions underwater abound

• Tales of 'Daring Do' and a sobering lesson from OZTek.2013

**

Incidentally, if you have not yet read the relevant post on The Dive Forum, or were unable to attend EUROTEK.2012 or OZTek.2013 and hear Associate Professor Simon Mitchell present the new UHMS guidelines on 'recovering an unconscious diver', check out the article on OZTek. I highlighted all the questions the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society Diving Committee considered when writing these guidelines. It took three years of research.

You can download the UHMS Paper on The Dive Forum; UHMS #39 Paper on Unconscious Diver Recovery Please do not post this Paper elsewhere, the UHMS is tracking downloads via The Dive Forum. Once it is downloaded, you can print a copy though.

There is a very useful flow diagram on page 8 that every dive centre and club ought to print out and put with their O2 and First Aid Kit, and be part of the standard safety slate that the Dive Manager carries.
