I have decided to go down a different path with underwater video so am selling all my GoPro stuff. For sale here is a complete tray and filter setup for Hero3.

Also comes with GoPro tripod mount ($15) and knurled aluminium handles with rubber handgrips ($40). The custom handles with s/steel spacers are rock solid and add a nice weight to the tray so you can hold it steady. It is super compact but handles brilliantly even for big hands.
I will also include an assortment of 55mm close up lenses ($50) you can attach to the SRP filter adaptor - +3, +4 and +10 (2 of each) and a spacer ring allowing the two +10 lenses to stack together. More info here: Gopro Info
