Any suggestions for nice accommodation in Italy?

I am going on a diving trip to Sicily and I am taking my family with me. I would like to ask for suggestions for nice accommodation - there is no budget restrain, but it should be something we'd all enjoy!

There are lots of nice hotels there but sometimes a villa works out cheaper if there's a lot of you, depends on how many of you are going. Have you got children?
 
Hi Mark, Thanks for getting back to me! I think a villa does sound a bit more appealing, you have a bit more freedom than you do with hotels.

We do have the kids coming with us, which makes me think again that a villa would work. If only so I can hide in a different room for a bit!

I've been looking about and found this site, Villa Holidays in Sicily, Self-Catering Sicily Holidays, Beach Holidays which seems to be what I'm looking for. Have you heard anything about them?
