This seems to be in the wrong forum... (suggest MODS move it to either classifieds, DIY, or manufacturer's forum - DUI)
Did you check with DUI? Sometimes they have "stuff" in the warehouse. I suggest try contacting them in their forum here.
Lastly, got a picture of what you are trying to replace? Might be a simple DIY......

Just buy what you want and then have the chest strap moved higher or lower to fit your body type... Just use a type E nylon thread and used the same box stitch they used.... If you don't sew... Any tailor can do it or upholstery shop...
