I just picked up the Vt4 and I been playing around with the settings and have a quick question. Is it possible to adjust the conservative factor level for DSAT or is the conservative factor a simple on/off setting. If it is possible to adjust the level (for example: trying to match ndc limits to a buddies computer) how would I go about doing so.

Thanks

The conservitive factor is on or off. It is available for both algorithms. What it does is change the decompression algorithm so it calculates your dives as if you were one elevation higher than you actually are. To match your buddies computer, you would have to try the four different settings until you hit one that most closely matches your buddies algorithm.

Thanks
