Hi there,

After many, many months of deliberation I thought I'd settled on a Transpac XT.

However, now that it's come to buying it, I can't seem to find any UK stockists. Many of them seem to have the older model, but as I'm making the move I'd really like the latest version. As it's my first wing style harness, I'd like to find somewhere that I could try it on, but I'd settle for a UK based mail order site so I can return it for an alternate size if I have to.

I live in South Wales, but I'm happy to make a road trip to look for one.

Can someone from Dive Rite advise on stockists? Your website only has one distributer listed and their dealers don't seen to stock them either.

Many thanks,

Karen

Hi Karen

I am James from Sea & Sea Ltd the Dive Rite importers and we deal with most of the dive shop's in South Wales, which is the nearest to you?
You can call our office on 01803 663012 and we can point you in the direction of the nearest store and we can arrange to send the shop a couple of different sizes in the Transpac XT for you to try on.

Regards

James

Hi James, that's brilliant - thanks. I'll give the office a call tomorrow!

Just a quick update.

I spoke to a very nice lady at Sea and Sea this morning, who knew exactly who I was and was expecting my call!

She confirmed the stockists nearby, who I then called and they have arranged to order a Transpac for me to try. I had to make a commitment to them to buy something from them (be it this harness or an alternative size) or cover the shipping. I'm quite happy to do that, so off we go!

Thank you James for your help.
