My dive partner has been spending some much needed time with her boyfriend in Southern California this summer so we planned to meet and dive the Yukon and Ruby-E last week. I was looking forward to doing some underwater photography on the wrecks. Unfortunately, our dive charter was no show due to mechanical issues. We discussed looking for a replacement charter on short notice, but decided not to mess with the karma thing.

We also planned to do a couple of dives at the Casino Point Dive Park on Catalina on Monday. I’m glad we planned to dive the park. Here are a few photos with my Nikkor ‘micro’ 60mm.

Glad to see you guys at least hittin' the water.

Nice photo of the flat fish. Looks like a C-O Turbot.

BTW, back in 2001 I stayed in Casa Grande for nearly a year.

Yep, C-O turbot (also known as C-O sole). Glad things worked out here on the island.

nice.
