At the Siren Fleet we will be hosting Swedish Reef Ecologist Dr. Bent Christensen for a 10-night trip in the Maldives.

During the 10-night trip, your host, Bent, will give a series of presentations on a variety of subjects relating to reef ecology and the local marine life and the dives will follow a relaxed pace, ensuring you have time to put into practice what you have learned.
Subjects for talks will be chosen from the following:


  • Corals and Coral Reef Ecology
  • Fish and Fish Ecology
  • Dangerous Reef Animals
  • Symbiosis
  • Sex on Reefs
  • Anemone Fish
  • Sharks and Marine Mammals
  • Reef Conservation

Trip departs & returns to Male, traveling through Male, Ari, Vaavu & Rasdhoo atolls.
