Anyone been to Nelson's Ledges this recently?

I'll be visiting my brother in NE Ohio in a couple weekends and we were wondering about Nelson's Ledges. I did a search but there is no recent info - everything is a few years old for the most part. Just wondering if the vis has improved. Also are their any scuba facilites there? Do they have air? How much does it cost to get in (is it still $7). I would assume that temps are reasonable since it is so shallow.
