I'll be in Maui for about a month starting next week. Please post if you can provide current information on the following:
- Can one dive the Mala Wharf/pier or as I have read weeks ago it may be closed for refurbishing?
- (for freediving) Can one still hike across the lava path to Aquarium, or is it best to swim out from near the La Peruse parking area? And, how are the conditions now, is this area any good say 7-9a through mid-November?

I still would welcome information on morning sea conditions, thanks.
