You clearly need a zookeeper.. putting them on that stringer is asking for trouble! Great job nonetheless!
 
Very nice! I put them in a mesh bag with a weight in it.

Since we started I average about 150 per month at 1.5 to 2 pounds per fish.We have had as many as 18 on a stringer but yes a containment device is needed.This was filmed off SC.
 
sorry, the spearo in me was admiring all the beautiful grouper, snappers, and triggerfish swimming around you. great work with the lionfish though :)
 
What sort of spear are you using? Our spears here in the Cayman Islands are powered by an elastic band. Also we don't see so many as your video but they are definitely spreading.
