The Bohol resort owners met with the Bohol Governor yesterday. It was related The Philippine Secretary of Energy stated that full power will be in Bohol by December 24.
There will be rotating and increasing power around Bohol as energy sources increase.
Alona Beach will NOT share in that rotating power as their demand for power is greater than what is available. So that translates to only private generator power until on or about December 24 for the Alona Beach area. No doubt this will put a hardship on businesses and may force several to shut down due to the cost of fuel for their generators for such an extended period.
Time will tell.
