MERRY CHRISTMAS, POWER SCUBA
What a wonderful year we've had here at Power Scuba. My heart is very full with the goals we've accomplish, new friends I've met, and the opportunity (via all our events) to stay in touch with the old ones. Our sport truly brings us together.
I sincerely hope your holidays are joyous and filled with the good things in life (in addition to diving). Remember, you always have a friend(s) here at Power Scuba.
ANNOUNCEMENT: We'd like to give a "Thank you & well done" to members Raleigh and Christine as they leave their positions as Vice-President and Treasurer (respectively), as well as their spots on the Power Scuba Board of Directors. They helped out in those capacities for two years and we're grateful for their time and efforts to make this group run smoothly. Filling their slots on our Board are (pictured below) long-time members Pete Salvato (l) and John Smajdek (r). They're both motivated and energetic guys who love the group, are going to work hard to further it's goals, and give of their time to ensure a vibrant experience for all the members. Welcome aboard, Pete & John!
Welcome aboard, too, to Julie Salvato who is taking over as interim-Treasurer. She'll be reviewing our financial processes, streamlining them, and making them (our way of keeping the books) more cohesive and efficient. Thanks, Julie!
A DRAWING & A PARTY: This week is seeing the end to our Opportunity Drawing Event (click here) on Thursday and a Party of Special Proportions (click here) this Friday.
