Grocery Store On Roatan

We have a house next month on Roatan and are wondering what kind of provisions are available at the local grocery store(s) on the island. Last time we were there was the late 90's so I'm sure things have changed some since then.

Will we be able to find quality meats and vegetables? We don't plan on cooking a lot but want to have a few nights in for diner and a few quick lunches.

Any info would be appreciated.

Eldons, either of them or Plaza Mar are both good choices, inventory depends on the day and how long since supply ship came in, I would totally skip Hiper Mega, that video is almost 3 years old,
, it has seemed on the verge of going out of business for a while, has less than the others and Eldons is Just up the road if your staying in the French Harbour area.
