The holidays are over... and we're in the thick of the San Diego winter! Br-r-r-r-r!
Heh heh. During the first couple years of Power Scuba's existence we slowed down a bit over the "cold months"... due mostly to erroneous perceptions from our membership that winter held no good diving opportunities. Don't be fooled. Winter can offer some of the best, clearest water of the year!

OPPORTUNITY DRAWING RECAP: What an exciting event this was. We had a lot of prizes and some VERY excited winners. Thanks kindly to our event sponsors and item donors... and most of all, heartfelt thanks to all of you who put some money in the kitty. We made a little over $7,000 which will go a long way toward helping us accomplish our 2014 goals. (More on that in our next newsletter!)
WELL, open spots for La Paz didn't even make it to today and this newsletter. The October event sold out in less than 24 hours (30 spots) this past Saturday. Worry not. I have at least two other Mexican adventures planned for this year that'll get your South-of-the-Border juices flowing! Both will go up by the end of January so you can plan out. Both are trips we've never done before.
LOTS OF SHORE DIVES planned for the coming weeks by Jason, Eric, Jonathan, et al. Get your boat coat, grab your gear, and join us!
