I have an almost new Poseidon BCD One wing and One Harness with QR weight pockets. It has got about 8 dives on it. I have got around 800$ in the BCD. I am asking 700$obo. Its fully adjustable. Poseidon has 2 sizes for their harnesses which is regular and large.. this one is a large. It will fit a wide variety of sizes. I would say this would fit a medium/large to xxl person. Wing has 41.6lbs of lift.
