I'm diving the Duane tomorrow and I've heard some rumors that a great white shows up there every now and then. I didn't think these guys went to water that warm? I read an article that said they see them there early spring.

Found a video on youtube spotting one.

Anyone seen these beasts in any of the Key wrecks?

When I was there in November of last year some of the local DMs said there had been two hanging around the Keys over summer, but they hadn't heard of anyone seeing one in the months since.

There are two tagged female whites crushing off the the northern coast of Florida and Georgia. So if there's two tagged whites up there it's highly possible there's another white roaming white cruising the reefs of south Florida.

There is a youtube video of the Great White on the Duane from 2013. Looks like a juvenile, but they grow up fast.
