Securing Inflator Hose Grommet

Hi All,

My wife has a Transpac and loves it. The issue is the grommet that seals the inflator hose is not secured in place. Thus, it is prone to loss when we remove the inflator hose for rinsing. On other BCDs we have had, the rubber grommet seemed to be secured in place.

Is this supposed to be loose? Can it be secured with a dab of adhesive? If so, any suggestions?
