Where should I go to find the latest US Navy diving manual? I can find several links on Google, but I am not sure which is the latest version.

As far as I know there is only one digital version in circulation.

I've found v. 5 and v. 6 on the first result page of Google.

Ah...

My guess is that v.6 is more recent then....

Having said that, I've read that manual before and there isn't a whole lot in there that's worth your time as a recreational diver. You might be better off reading PADI's Encyclopedia or Mark Powell's "deco for divers". Spend your time wisely.
