I'm not quite sure how I came across this and I'm 100% positive there's threads here with links to it (because nothing gets past SB :crafty:), but I've been lingering and actively posting for over a year and a half and haven't seen it. So I wanted to (re)share this link for divers like me which are newer and haven't seen it so that we may learn from the incidents of others. Personally, I am addicted to the incidents and near misses threads as a learning tool. It's important to learn and walk our minds through these incidents so we can prepare our thought processes for the day something similar might happen to us.
