Apparently it came out in March, but I hadn't noticed it til I saw an ad on the local PBS station the other day.

It's quite good, though on this version you have to skip past the (long) PBS station fundraising chats, which at least have the sanctuary footage in the background:

Makes me want to go back out there! The Flower Gardens and Stetson were my first "real" dive trip after I got my OW card. Blessed with calm seas and current, it was my fifth post-cert dive when I jumped in, and twelve dives later, including that "lunar" night dive on Stetson, I felt much less the rookie than when I started.

I've been back almost yearly since, usually on the SPREE, more recently on the FLING, and it still is a thrill after almost fifteen years. And one time I got in on a u-bolt drilling work trip, where I helped drill, and carry and pour Portland cement, to make two replacement moorings on Stetson.

It was painful to watch the old video on here, of ship anchor cables sawing through the coral. Glad that's in the past.

Whether you've been, or you haven't, it's a good watch.
