How much more weight?

It's going to depend on manufacturer but a suit that thin should have little to no inherent buoyancy. I would think 2 lbs at most if you have no opportunity to do a weight check.

I normally dive with a rash guard only - 14 lbs in seawater. How much more weight should I add for a 1 mm full suit?

I cannot imagine anyone needing 14 pounds with only a rashguard. 6 (or maybe 8) would seem more likely. Why do you think 14? Have you done a weight check with an empty tank?

The 1mm will add nothing to worry about.
 
Yes well I am in my fifties are 3 kids were hard on the waistline. :( hence 14 lbs
