Oonas Dive Club is pleased to welcome back our Underwater Photography expert Rico Besserdich, who will be running his fifth Oonas Dive Club Underwater Photography Workshop in November. Our unique combination of hotel accommodation and daily boat diving coupled with an on-site photography expert is not available in many other diving destinations.
If you are interested in improving your underwater photos, trying out new techniques and having more time for practice, the workshop could be perfect for you. Rico will not only provide support and advice whilst diving, but will also offer evening presentations on various topics and personal counselling sessions to help each participant to maximise their potential.
The personalised nature of the workshop means that it is open to participants of all levels. It doesn't matter if you have a compact camera or if you own a D-SLR, there is plenty you can achieve with individual expert coaching. It is, however, expected that candidates will have some experience of underwater photography and in order to achieve the best results, you are advised to have an external strobe or a powerful underwater light.
The focus of the workshop is to provide a relaxed and friendly learning environment, diving in the warm waters of the Red Sea whilst capturing images of the exotic underwater world of colourful coral and fish.
