Hello. Could anyone please give some insight to why the top button on the DataMask would stick in the down position? It occurred on a dive at the beginning of a liveaboard trip and I have been sending emails to Oceanic. I have several more land dives in Indonesia left on this trip. The only response I received was to take it to my closest dealer in the US. Thanks for any response that might help.
 
Either the spring failed or you have salt or some other sediment sticking the button. Unfortunately you will need to call them they don't answer email that often.
